Please arrive at the Booking Office before 1000 to collect your tickets.

  • Bus from Buckfastleigh Station to Buckfast Abbey at 1000.
  • Visit Buckfast Abbey and Monastic Way Exhibition between 1005 and 1135.
  • Bus from Buckfast Abbey to Buckfastleigh Station at 1135.
  • Train from Buckfastleigh Station to Totnes Riverside at 1210.
  • Explore Totnes between 1240 and 1500.
  • Train from Totnes Riverside Station to Buckfastleigh at 1500.
  • Arrive at Buckfastleigh Station at 1530.

Free parking is available at Buckfastleigh Station (TQ11 0DZ).

If you do not wish to break your journey at Totnes Riverside, you can return on the same train, subject to available capacity.

  • Bus from Buckfastleigh Station to Buckfast Abbey at 1345.
  • Visit Buckfast Abbey and Monastic Way Exhibition between 1350 and 1520.
  • Bus from Buckfast Abbey to Buckfastleigh Station at 1520.
  • Arrive at Buckfastleigh Station at 1530.

  • Train from Totnes Riverside Station to Buckfastleigh at 1120.
  • Bus from Buckfastleigh Station to Buckfast Abbey at 1205.
  • Visit Buckfast Abbey and Monastic Way Exhibition between 1210 and 1350.
  • Bus from Buckfast Abbey to Buckfastleigh Station at 1350.
  • Train from Buckfastleigh Station to Totnes Riverside at 1415.
  • Arrive at Totnes Riverside Station at 1445 to explore Totnes.

Public parking is available at the pay & display town and mainline station car parks. Totnes Riverside station has no road access and is a 10 minute walk from the mainline station

Please note that concessions are not available and there is no wheelchair access on the vintage bus. Dogs are not permitted in the Monastic Way Exhibition or the Abbey itself.
