A murder story, set in the 1950s and taking place on board a train!

Murder by Appointment, the longest established murder mystery company in the West of England, will take you back in time to solve a mysterious murder which takes place during a train journey.

Watch as the story unfolds, listen out for clues and question the cast if you wish to try and piece together the puzzle. Each customer will receive a hot Devon pasty (selectable at the checkout) and the on-train Buffet Car will be open for the sale of hot, cold and alcoholic drinks, including wine, local beers and cider.

The evening will start at Buckfastleigh Station from 18.30 and the train will depart at 19.00. The return time is scheduled to be no later than 22.00.

We regret that dogs are not permitted on this train and recommend the evening may be unsuitable for children under the age of 12 years.

Gambling leads to Murder

Following the opening of the M1 in 1958, the town of Tidworth decided the time was right to take advantage of the new motorway and attract residents to their lovely town.

When approached by a London Casino group the town found the offer of a new casino in their town too good not to accept.

Tonight is a party on the local train for council officers and prominent businessmen of the town to celebrate their first year of success for the casino. With the casino unveiling new plans for expansion, the evening takes a turn for the worse,

Jealousy, blackmail  and threats come to the surface. A body is later discovered!!
