We hope you like our new Online Store! We are still working hard behind the scenes to add all of products to the store, so you may find some gaps in our current range, if you are looking for something specific please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

1. Pricing Policy

The price you pay for an item will be the current price advertised on our Online Store. The advertised price includes any applicable taxes, such as VAT.

We reserve the right to make price adjustments to your order for items that have clearly been priced in error, ie £10 instead of £100. In these circumstances we will notify you before any price adjustments are made and you will have the option to accept or reject the revised order.

The Postage and Packaging charges applicable to your order will be displayed on the Basket and Checkout pages of our online store. You can view our Postage and Packaging rates on our Shipping page.

2. Payments

We accept online payments by credit or debit card or Paypal via our Paypal payment gateway. 

Full payment must be received before any orders will be dispatched.

3. Product Descriptions and Images

We make every effort to ensure that our product descriptions and the related images are accurate but, as we are only human, we may accidentally get descriptions and or pictures mixed up with a different item. If you spot any descriptions or pictures that you think are wrong, or aren’t sure about any of an item’s details, do please contact us.

If you receive an item and you feel it is not “as described” please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct any errors and discuss a resolution if you are unsatisfied with the item.

Packaging may vary from that shown. Any weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only.

We make every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your screen, we cannot guarantee that the colours your screen displays will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

4. Returns

We know that most people dislike reading terms and conditions so, we have tried to make our returns policy to be as easy to understand as possible, but if you are unsure of anything do please contact us.

In this policy you will find details of how to return items purchased via our online store and any restrictions, with information on your rights as a consumer. We recommend that you read this policy carefully before submitting any returns to us.

Your Consumer Rights are not affected by the terms and conditions of this policy.
