Description

Two secondhand hardback books published in 1974 and 1975 each with 96 pages.  Every page is well illustrated in black and white photos from the 1950s and 1960s. Scenes and subjects range from bankers on Beattock to Pacifics at Shrewsbury, ‘Patriots’ on Lickey and ‘Jubilees’ leaving St Pancras up until 1968.

Both have a black cloth cover with gilt lettering to spine.   Dustjackets are both in very good condition and unclipped.    Previous owners name written in ink inside front cover.

Totnes Footpath Diversion

Essential railway bridge repairs by Network Rail will mean that there will be a diversionary walking route between Totnes main line station and the South Devon Railway’s Totnes Riverside station and the Totnes Rare Breeds Farm . The works are scheduled to last between 22nd August and 1st September.
