Class 115 DMU trailers
Whilst Class 115 trailer M59719 works as part of the Class 127 DMU, there is another Class 115 trailer on the railway. M59740 was purchased with sister trailer, M59659, since sold, for use as a high capacity locomotive hauled coach and painted in a GWR style chocolate and cream livery and renumbered 9740. Never very popular with passengers and never quite looking the part, it has been converted into a mess van for the railway's permanent way department and painted in black livery.
